Attorney General Richard Cordray’s office said the State Teacherzs Retirement System of Ohio and Ohio Publicc Employees Retirement System were granted lead plaintiff status in a filefd earlier this year thataccuses Charlotte-based BofA (NYSE:BAC) of withholding key detailzs on Merrill Lynch’s financial health.
