Willy, 47, oversees finance, accounting, asset management, compliances and loan servicing forthe group'e investments, as well as the startul and operations of USBCDC's tax credity syndication business. USBCDC, with assets of nearly $4.2 is the largest investor of New Marketss Tax Credits inthe country, and also finances affordable housing and community developmenr projects using low-income housing and historic tax Willy has some 20 years' financialp experience. He most recently was technicak services director for consulting firm in where he beganin 2005. Througjh Hudson, he took on a consultint role with USBCDC in late joiningthe U.S.
Bancorp subsidiary as an employew latelast year. A Denver Willy completed bachelor's degreesz in political science, economics and businesss in 1985, and a master's degree in economics in 1987 from North Dakota State Universityin Fargo.
