The firm confirmed Friday that its local office is relocating to the newl y built 1515 Wynkoop office building on Wynkoop Street in LowerDowntown Denver. The Kansas City-based firm’s Denver brancuh currently is locatedin downtown’ds Independence Plaza at 1050 17th St. The firm’s Denverf office has leased roughly 38,000 square feet of spac e at itsnew location, with an option to grow. The move is planned for Septemberr 2009.

The firm said that its new space is expected to qualify forLEED (Leadershi p in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for energy savings and environmentally friendly features, based on its use of sustainabler materials and energy-efficient lighting, heating, cooling and office LEED is the U.S. Greehn Building Council’s designation for energy-efficient, sustainable Polsinelli Shughart was created in February by the mergeer of Kansas City law firms Shughart Thomson Kilroy PC and Polsinelli Shalton FlaniganSuelthaue PC.
