The north side of the propertt contains the Metropolitan RegionalInformational Services' 72,000-square-foot headquarters. Last the board also recommendedthat Danac's Corridor Cities Transitway stop be located at or near its northeastern corner, near the intersectio n of Diamondback Drive and Decoverlu Drive. That is good news for Danac, sincre the board had left out the stop inearliefr drafts.
The transit stop near the corner may be developee whether the state retains the currenr road alignment or adoptsthe county's locally preferred The board also picked that location because the northeastern corner is considered to be convenienty for pedestrians from the Decoverly residential communities. "We have a long way to go, but we are encouragex by the planning board's said Timothy Dugan, a Danac attorney. Severalo more work sessions are scheduled over the next two and in July the planning boardd will send its draft master plan to the countgy executive who will have 60 days to revies and comment before it is sent to the countuy councilfor deliberations.
