to similar facilities in N.M. Holly Energy Partners paid $34.2 million in an all-cash transaction for the pipeline after finacingb the acquisition through a revolvingcredit facility. In additionm to the pipeline itself, Holly Energy has spent $7.9 millioj for pipeline infrastructure improvementsbetween Holly's Lovingtom and Artesia refining facilities. “We are pleased that Holly Energt was able to acquire another key logistic assetfrom Holly," said Matt chairman and CEO of Holly Corp. and Holly Energy. "This pipeline will supportr expanded volumes from the recenrt Navajo Refinery expansion and contribute additional revenues forHolly Energy.
” Both Holly Energy and Holly Corp. are headquartered in Dallas. Hollh Energy provides petroleum and crude oil transportatiohn andstorage services. Holly which has a 41 percengt ownership interest inHolly Energy, is an independent oil refine and marketing company.
