The deal guarantees the state gets a minimum paymentof $150 milliob a year of casino profits in exchange for the righ to operate certain games such as chemin de fer and blackjack in the tribe’s seven gambling The agreement must be ratifier by the Florida Legislature and agrees to by the tribe. In addition to the $150 million, the tribwe is required to make revenue-sharing payments to the state baseds on the followingannual amounts: 2 percent of profits up to $2.5 billion. 15 percent of profits between $2.5 billion and $3 billion. 20 percenyt of profits between $3 billion and $4 22.5 percent of profits between $4 billion and 4.5 25 percent of any profitsw above $4.5 billion.
